Ceramic coating pricing varies a lot from shop to shop and car to car, which makes it a confusing thing to research. Here's what actually drives the number, so you know what you're paying for — and why we don't publish a single flat price.
Why There's No One Number
Industry-wide, professionally installed ceramic coating commonly runs anywhere from a few hundred dollars for a basic, single-layer package on a small car to several thousand for full-vehicle correction plus a multi-year coating on a larger vehicle. That's a wide range on purpose — the real cost depends on your specific car and goals, not a generic price list.
What Actually Drives the Price
- Vehicle size. A coupe takes less product and labor than a full-size truck or SUV.
- Paint condition. If your paint has swirls, light scratches or oxidation, correcting it first (see our paint correction service) adds time — but gets a noticeably better result under the coating.
- Coating tier. A single-layer package and a multi-layer, longer-warranty package aren't the same job or the same price.
- Coverage. Paint-only coating costs less than paint plus wheels and trim.
What We Can Tell You Without a Quote
We're a certified System X installer, and our coating packages carry manufacturer-backed warranty terms — a 2-year warranty on our 5-year package. We'll confirm exact registration and maintenance requirements when you get your quote.
What we won't do is quote you a price sight-unseen or push you toward the most expensive package. Send us your vehicle details (or bring it by) and tell us your goals, and we'll give you a real number based on your car, not a generic estimate.
Getting an Accurate Quote
The fastest way to get a real number is to request a quote with your vehicle's year, make and model and a note on your paint's current condition. If you're not sure whether correction is needed, that's normal — we'll take a look and tell you honestly.
