Protection

North Providence's Ceramic Coating Specialists

A durable, hydrophobic protective layer bonded to your paint — easier washing, added gloss and UV protection.

Real Protection

A Layer Between Your Paint and the Road.

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle's paint, creating a hard, glossy, hydrophobic layer. Water beads and rolls off, dirt and grime have less to grip onto, and the surface keeps its depth and shine longer than paint alone.

It's one of the highest-value services we offer — a good fit whether you're protecting a new vehicle from day one or refreshing the finish on a car you already love.

Coverage Options

Choose the Level of Coating That Fits Your Car.

Single-Layer Coating

A solid baseline of gloss, hydrophobic performance and UV protection for daily drivers.

Multi-Layer Coating

Additional layers for extra depth and durability, for owners who want maximum long-term protection.

Wheel & Trim Ceramic

Extend coating to wheels and exterior trim, where brake dust and grime build up fastest.

Full Vehicle Package

Complete coating across paint, wheels and trim for a uniform, fully protected finish.

Spray test.

Drag across the panel to spray it. Bare clear coat holds water in flat sheets that dry into spots. The coated side pulls it into tight beads that roll off and take the dirt with them.

Questions

Ceramic Coating, Explained.

What is ceramic coating?

A durable, hydrophobic layer bonded to your vehicle's paint. It adds gloss and UV protection and makes day-to-day washing noticeably easier.

How long does ceramic coating last?

Durability depends on care, storage and driving conditions — we'll walk you through what to expect and how to maintain it during your quote.

Does ceramic coating replace the need for washing?

No — regular washing is still recommended. Coating makes contaminants easier to remove and keeps the surface protected between washes.

Can ceramic coating be applied over PPF?

Yes, this is a common and complementary pairing — PPF handles impact protection, ceramic coating adds gloss and easier maintenance on top.

What ceramic coating do you use, and is it warrantied?

We're a certified System X installer. We offer 2-year and 5-year coatings, and our 5-year coating carries a 2-year warranty.

Should I get paint correction before ceramic coating?

If your paint has swirls, light scratches or oxidation, correcting it first gets the best result — coating locks in whatever finish is underneath. See our dedicated paint correction page.
