Detailing

North Providence's Paint Correction Specialists

Machine polishing that removes swirls, light scratches and oxidation to restore true paint clarity before protection goes on.

Clarity & Depth

What Washing Alone Can't Fix.

Every daily-driven car picks up swirl marks, light scratches and water spots over time — from washes, weather and everyday use. Paint correction uses machine polishing to carefully level the clear coat and remove those imperfections, bringing back the depth and clarity the paint had when it was new.

It's also the right first step before ceramic coating or PPF — either service locks in whatever condition your paint is in, so correcting it first is worth the extra time.

Questions

Paint Correction, Explained.

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is machine polishing that levels the clear coat to remove swirl marks, light scratches, water spots and oxidation — restoring clarity and gloss that washing alone can't bring back.

Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?

If your paint has visible swirls or light scratches, correcting it first gets the best result — ceramic coating locks in whatever finish is underneath it, so it's worth doing right.

Will paint correction remove all scratches?

It removes swirls and light-to-moderate scratches that sit in the clear coat. Deeper scratches that go through the clear coat may need touch-up paint instead — we'll be upfront about what correction can and can't fix.

How long does paint correction take?

It depends on your paint's condition and the level of correction needed. We'll give you a clear timeline and scope during your quote.
